VenA is for local neighbourhood support. The app is not an official emergency dispatch centre and does not replace calls to the police, firefighters, ambulance services, hospitals or other competent authorities.
Principles
User responsibility
Information must be truthful. False alerts, threats, harassment and illegal content are not allowed.
Abuse and blocking
Abuse, false reports or dangerous behaviour can lead to warnings, blocking or account deletion.
Service limitations
VenA facilitates technical communication. Help is voluntary and official emergency channels always take priority.
Official contacts
Local phone numbers are editorially reviewed before publication and may be corrected, marked as pending or removed.
