What to do

1. Smoking or burning battery: warn others and leave immediately.
2. From safety, call and report the fire location and anyone missing.
3. Child/person needing assistance: accompany only along safe exit, no re-entry. Unable to escape: give exact location/mobility to rescue. No improvised rope/unsafe stair carrying.
4. Do not touch/move smoking battery or approach to unplug. Apparently out: no return until firefighters clear. Reignition possible. Device blocks exit: trapped guide, no passing fire.
