2. Child/person needing assistance: accompany only along safe exit, no re-entry. Unable to escape: give exact location/mobility to rescue. No improvised rope/unsafe stair carrying.
3. Turn heat off only without approaching flames or delaying escape.
4. Oil/pan: never water or moving pan. Burning oven/microwave: do not open to inspect/fight. Leave/report. Gas smell: no switches. Use gas guide.
