What to do

  1. CO alarm: get outside and call from outside, even if nobody feels ill.
  2. Go outside and get medical advice.
  3. Breathing difficulty, confusion, fainting, weakness or chest pain: emergency help now.
  4. Report pregnancy, babies or heart/breathing illness. Do not wait for symptoms to worsen.
  5. Even if better outside, get medical assessment. Stay outside. Report changes in breathing or response.

What to avoid

  1. Do not return to the building or drive yourself.
  2. No smell does not mean safe.
