What to do

1. Move away and call. Report trapped people without entering to search.
2. Give location, people, smoke and injuries. Report inability to walk. No connection: tap a wall or pipe. Leave load-bearing debris alone.
3. From outside, speak to trapped people and give rescuers their position. Do not enter or lift slabs. Fire, gas or fallen wires: move away and tell the dispatcher.
