Collapse / unstable structure

In an emergency, contact the official service (132) in your area.

What to do

  1. Leave if possible. If unable during collapse, shelter under a sturdy table if possible.
  2. Trapped: cover nose/mouth, move little. Tap pipe/wall. Shout only as last resort.
  3. Give location, people, smoke and injuries. Report inability to walk. No connection: tap a wall or pipe. Leave load-bearing debris alone.
  4. If accessible, press heavy skin bleeding with clean cloth. Not eye, depressed skull or protruding organs. Around an embedded object. Do not force yourself out of debris to do it.

What to avoid

  1. No entry into damaged buildings or moving debris for belongings.
