What to do

  2. Do not stand to test whether you are well. Report neck/back pain or breathing difficulty.
  3. No phone or connection: ask someone nearby to call from safety. Give location and what is happening. Do not wait for an automatic app alert.
  4. Say if unable to leave, walk or communicate well. Ask a trusted person to help call. Do not force painful movement.

What to avoid

  1. Do not assume sleep or intoxication. If unresponsive, give no drink, food or oral medication.
